Co-Founder
Ben has been a researcher, a programmer, and a technologist. Among his roles, Ben is the former Chief Information Officer (CIO) for the College of St. Scholastica (Duluth, MN), Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for the Davidson Academy & Institute (Reno, NV), and CIO for the University of Saint Francis (Fort Wayne, IN). He is the former associate director of the Institute for Innovation in Medical Education, and a director of data and analytics for The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania (Philadelphia, PA).
He has been a survivor advocate, a Title IX decision maker, and a voluteer for RAINN.
Ben holds a Bachelor's Degree from Fordham University and a Master's Degree from the University of Pennsylvania.

Eric thrives at the intersection of people and technology, drawing on nearly a decade of experience in automation, learning design, and organizational development to transform complex tools (from AI and analytics to LMS platforms) into seamless solutions that drive results. As a dedicated systems thinker, he quickly masters new technologies and integrates them across organizations, bridging the gap between non-technical and technical teams. By leveraging automation and AI, he creates scalable processes that free teams to focus on strategic initiatives, saving countless hours and amplifying impact. Beyond his professional pursuits, Eric is a proud dad of two, known for his pun-filled humor and vibrant Hawaiian shirts, and is always exploring new hobbies that reflect his belief in continuous growth.
Eric holds a Bachelor's Degree from Grinnell College, a Master's in Education Technology from George Washington University, and an MBA from the College of St. Scholastica

Rosie is originally from Texas and decided to adopt some humans in Northern Minnesota in 2019. She keeps a strict daily schedule of naps, sunbathing, and testing the comfort of every couch in the house. In her spare time, she listens to audiobooks, communicates telepathically, and ensures the kitchen floor is clean of any food dropped by children.
Rosie is far too busy to think about advanced education but holds a degree in SQUIRELL!

Oliver is just a little fella. He tries to hold everything together, but fairly often he needs help and support from his Poppa. Of course, he also gets mad at his Poppa for saying No sometimes. People who really love a dog don’t say no to them. Ever. But Poppa still doesn’t seem to understand that.
Among the things that Poppa has said no to is Oliver getting a degree from either Howlvard University or Stanfurred.
